Clinic directories earn a fee on every click-through to a partner's site, regardless of whether that clinic actually suits the person. A typical agency's job ends the moment the client boards the plane, leaving them alone with an unfamiliar country's healthcare system from there on. Dr. Concierge starts from the opposite point. Only clinics with a valid license that have passed an ISO 22525 compliance review under the National Tourism Organization of Ukraine's methodology enter our partner network. That bar — not an advertising promise — is what determines who we recommend.

Dr. Concierge is not a tour operator or a medical facility. Whoever actually carries out a part of the trip is responsible for it. The clinic is responsible for the diagnosis and treatment. The tourism partner is responsible for accommodation, transfer, or excursions. Dr. Concierge is responsible for making sure all these parts come together into one coherent itinerary, with nothing falling through the cracks along the way. Payment for treatment always goes directly to the clinic, payment for concierge services goes separately through the company, and the two budgets are never mixed in any agreement. That separation means we have no incentive to push more expensive treatment — we recommend a clinic based on what suits the person.
